for the record... what are you looking for?
i mean, when i met you, i wasn't like "wow, assets!" i think you're a cool person. i enjoyed going out to the movies, and talking about music, and making plans to see iron & wine (even though it was sold out, grrr...). not everyone is gonna have all sorts of things in common with you. but that doesn't mean quit and stop trying. and if people like certain aspects of you (like your "assets"), why not embrace that? is it less valid than someone liking your "personality"? i dunno. just rambling...
maybe. what was your point? that you want to meet people in ways other than through the internet? or just that you want a serious relationship and people you meet don't seem to want that? or both? or something else?
