Earlier today and yesterday, I caught myself in a bout of self-criticism and comparing myself with others which is ridiculous. I really would like to make some changes in my body this summer and I recently listed a few affirmations where I see and read them several times a day. I am so glad you posted these, I'm going to print it out and post in the same place. I realized yesterday that I was thinking of myself with the same disdain in regards to my body weight now as I did when I was 50 pounds heavier. Isn't that absurd?
So anyway....it would be nice to stop the mental judgments and criticisms. It's hard work, but it seems that I'm being given a lot of free time this July in order to put myself and my thoughts in order.
