Do You Love Diners/Diner Food?

Ok I posted recently about a FOOD Network show, "Down Home with the Neely's". There's another FOOD Network show I like, which is "Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives". This is the one hosted by that TGIFriday's commercial guy, Guy Fieri. I love their descriptions of the food! And it's always something unique... like really amazing seafood in Omaha... All during my teenage years we used to hang out at a place we called Perna's Greasy Spoon in North York - the city I grew up in. I don't know how the name "Perna" got into it...maybe the name of someone in the crowd that used to hang there.

It was in a strip mall and you could walk right by it and never know it was there, but OMG it had the BEST, BEST food!!! Sadly, it's not there anymore.
