The 20/20/20 plan does sound attractive. I'll think about putting it into place, too. I may have to break the 20min exercise into 5/5/5/5 because of the way that my head hurts..but it's something. Good on ya, mate! (Heh, you are such a good influence of me) :)
Oh, cool. Great idea! That's very similar to what I'm doing with my FlyLady thing, how I can do anything for 15 minutes. Only problem is, I'm only diligent about the stuff I enjoy doing...LOL
