Oh, my poor Darling! I'm so very sorry--I don't know if there's any legal recourse, but that doesn't sound right. Please let me know if there's anything I can do?

She actually can't do what she's trying to do, not to mention on Sunday she then told me if I signed a new lease - all would be good - so it was more like a coerson notice rather than an eviction notice.
