Tut, tut! It looks like rain.

I went for a nice long walk (yay autumn!) and listened to Continuum by John Mayer on the way up and Heavier Things on the way back. So, on a John Mayer kick now randomly. I pulled out Room for Squares to listen to on the computer, and, alas! It's skipping like crazy ( Read more... )

I'm not really partial to either team in the world series, but I DO think that Victorino wins at life and Cole Hamels is one of the greatest pitchers right now, so I think I'll go for the Phillies. Plus, it's been super long since they've won...plus, the Rays are such a young team (I can't believe it's already been ten years, though!), so I'll go for the Phillies.

I LOVE taking walks in Autumn. I did that yesterday and just sat by Lake Michigan for about 30 minutes. I froze my ass off, but it was fun!

For this World Series, I think we all win either way. With the Rays, you get the whole plucky kids going worst to first storyline; with the Phillies, you get the classic team finally bringing back the trophy to a loyal city.

Autumn is the best season! It's still warm enough for walks, but you get to put on knitwear. :D

Mrs. Lovett! You'll have to post pictures later.

I'm right there with you on True Blood; totally digging it. However, I don't think I can follow the Twilight thing. Haven't touched them.

If someone takes pictures at the party on Saturday, I'll pass them along. ;)

Twilight is pure guilty pleasure. Plain and simple. Basically, it's a chaste version of True Blood. But it brings out the 13-year-old-squee-queen in me.

Dude! You should! That would be badass.

A friend of mine said when the movie came out that he wanted to be Sweeney, and I sent him a MySpace message asking him if he still was, but I never got a reply back. I hope he does, because then he and I would be a pretty awesome pair.

I have On Demand for HBO, so when you're next in Jersey, if you want to watch you're more than welcome. Are the books any good? The fact they were in the Romance section at B&N always made me wary...
