That's how J.K. Rowling describes it in the book. I don't know why they deviated, but *shrugs*. I guess I wouldn't mind it so much if they had gotten her costume right.
We tried both the alcoholic and this non-alcoholic versions. Both were good (though a little *too* sweet for my liking), but the latter was a little sketchy, because the carbonation from the cream soda made this creepy butterfoam. Yours sounds a bit more work but much better.
