I spent a lot of time there, at parties, with friends..and I wanted to go there, it was my first choice... I was so thrilled to get accepted and to go to all the accepted student days... And so incredibly disappointed when the promised money didn't happen.
It was beautiful and had so much good energy and rich liberals and abundance of you are who you are and that's okay.... and that's why I wanted to go there. I haven't been back since 2003, so it's possible for both places to have changed in two years. But that was my impression.
i kinda find SLC to be more accepting. sometimes pushy with the individualistic-ness(i think i totally just made up a word). I love it, i love spending time there. I also spend most of my time there with an ex-frenchwoodite, that is the time im not in class. I feel like frenchwoods is evolving as it does every 4 years or so, getting used to its meat. I think SLC is a college and is very prominent in expanding ideas and that's what the individualism roots from.
by the way, how are you? i didn't realize it was you.

It's very expensive but not very academically stringent.
You might love it.
I'm currently arguing with them over scholarships.
