Hello. To get to the point, Anyone know when the next SD sign up for hotels is, and what hotels you guys are aspiring for? It may be early, I usualy get a post card in January but I just felt like inquiring. Thanks for the assistance.
I don't think they've announced when hotel registration is opening yet. I'd say your best bet is to just keep checking their website www.comic-con.org/cci/. When they put the date and time up there, circle it in red. When that day comes, be logged on and trying to book a hotel as soon as it opens. If you're not there in the first hour or so, you'll be lucky to get one of the good hotels.
I can't speak for anyone else, since I don't even know who else is planning on making it this year. But Dana & I will probably be trying for the Westin Horton Plaza again this year. Dan & I stayed there and we both dug it. Just being able to go back to your room during the day and not have it take 3 hours round trip is almost reason enough alone to stay there.
