I have to agree with the concern that the President using it to further his own aims. Time and place indeed.

I will say this. Bill Clinton did indeed let a lot of that stuff go. But how can one know that in the future, "X" is the REALLY important thing you need to deal with.

Its just...rough.

agreed. The blame game is rampant in this country.

Docudramas only make it worse. It's not the docudramas themselves I hate, I guess. I enjoy seeing an artists interpretation of facts. They are tactless, but when have I ever cared about tact? My problem is that I don't trust Americans to make educaton decisions on their own. Our countrymen, with their short attention spans, will be manipulated like the tools they are by ABC, Micheal Moore, or whoever happens to hold the flashy light.

Our country has not been this polarized since the 60's and 70's but back then we at least had the more media on our side questioning the government. It seems that our news sources are all lap dogs of the bull and propaganda fed to us by our two monopolizing parties. I'm glad we still have the internet. Let's hope politicians like Ted Stevens dont get their way.

We need anti-monopoly laws in our government. We need congresional term limits.
