i had similar problems last year printing my 'lunchtime' comic for the neo comp - i had to make a new file of each page with the colours tweaked so they looked terrible on screen in order to get them to come out decently in print :S

lol .... since this page has happened I've been picking colours from comics I drew which I already like when
they're printed out. that seems to work quite well.

I think I noticed when I went home ... my monitor at home is a might different brigtness ... so ... its more like the printed colours.

its very frustrating tho.

If you change your image to 'CMYK' colour before you print, you may get a better idea of how colours will come out on paper. Dunno if you've tried that, but it might help. You can colour an image and stuff in CMYK mode usually, just some of the advanced filters don't work so well in PS, and the image saved file tends to be larger.

:S I can't find a 'CYMK' mode on photoshop elements. I could never work out the difference when I was in college.
