One could also say that to kill with "love" is better than to kill with hate.
Very lovely piece (can one say that about the internal thinking or letter writing of Feanor?)

Thank you. And yes it is rather arrogant of him. But he always thought he knew better and probably felt that with the Highkingship he had inherited somekind of responsbility from his father.
