Sorry I can't see the banner so I have no idea which one you are refering too,either is the crack or really the mini brick above.That brick was made from either the filter>>texture>>mosaic tiles/patch work or This similar texture here(I forgot sowwwwwwwwie)

And if you happen to remake it could you upload it to imageshack for me too (or I'll ask my friend to save for me)
