= I both love and hate your typography here. I think with a different image/overall coloring it would look awesome (it is very well done!), but for some reason it just seems off to me. Possibly placing the character to the right or left and moving him up a bit would also make it seem like the text is less crammed in than it feels to me. I am also not big on how part of the texture looks like it has been cloned up at the top and doesn't line up. But if you look below the character's hair it seems like the texture does line up? If that's just how the texture was in the first place though, disregard that, I suck cocks. /hi sorry for that longass response. TL;DR: Your icon has nice elements but they're all in funny places

- I love how some of the colors stand out more than others but overall, the icon is rather simple and I think it would be better if part of her head was colored too. = I love this! Even though Haruhi is black and white and the rest of the image is color, she still stands out. The bits of her hair are a bit oversharpened though. - The coloring lacks contrast (the background texture in particular is really flat looking) and the shadows & highlights the other icons have. Also not that fond of the almost centered but not quite centered crop. Either go for a center crop or go for one that conforms with the rule of thirds because this one makes Haruhi look awkwardly placed. - Sharp edges blended into what seems like a soft bg makes the icon a bit weird. The whites could also use a bit more contrast.
- This isn't a bad icon, but it just looks so plain compared to the rest. The white at the top and the bottom also makes it hard to focus on the character in the center. My eyes are drawn straight to the white instead
