Here are the results for Round Three: Does Your Neck Itch?
This is the results post for the Senior League. JUNIOR LEAGUE DOES NOT HAVE ENOUGH VOTES. Please vote [HERE].
If you happen to notice any issues with your results, point it out and I'll fix it ASAP.
Three participants (Ciel Phantomhive, Ran, Toshiro Hitsugaya) were disqualified due to not submitting and having no skips left.
Nobody hit 0 points, and sadly we had to eliminate the 3 lowest ranking contestants.

neonclover's commentary: I like the strong colors in this icon. The yellow bar bothers me a slight bit - perhaps a different color could have been used, but as far as balancing out negative space, it does its job perfectly. I like the simplicity of the typography, and the caption is great! I do think the tinytext could have been a slight amount less opaque, but its usage is also pretty good. Above all, though, I really love the crop here, it enhances the violence of the image perfectly, and I just askjdsaldf love it. Great icon. ♥

fearthechopstic's commentary: Wow, I really like the coloring on this icon. The blues in the background as well as the facial expression of Chrome creates an icon very fitting of the fear theme. The shading is wonderful, and I especially like how you colored Chrome's eye. Great job!
