wash and dry

i got a free washer and dryer (apartment sized)! via the totally awesome freecycle.org
i used the washer. my sister has a clothes line set up in her laundry room in the basement, but i don't have a serviceable basement.   so i converted my ikea book shelf into a drying rack, which has worked really well.  maybe i'll put the dryer back on freecycle.

What about the ones that you can get that string out over the bathtub? They are several lines in a frame - oh, I guess it depends on whether you have a bathtub with a shower door, a shower curtain rod, or nothing at all.

i have a wee tub with a shower curtain rod. i'll keep my eyes out for one of them. thanks for the tip.
