"birthday dinner"

every year my dad promises for my birthday dinner he will take me to osaka and every year it never seems to fit in. well tonight we finally decided to have a 16th/17th birthday dinner/celebration dinner for my ACT score and we talked my mom into going to osaka with us. now, my mom has an obsession with sake. like a really big obsession with sake.
