Heroes! at the Disco

Hot damn!

Why on Earth is Panic!'s unreleased music on Heroes? *boggles* My roommates thought I was insane when I had a right royal freak out about it in the middle of the show, lol.

It sounds like studio recorded version - either a demo or maybe even the album version :D

patd, bandom, wtf, music, heroes

The one night I don't watch, of course.

*facepalm*

Man, I am not having a good bandom day. I hope the video pops up on the website soon.

Hahaha. Isn't that always the way?

I'm sorry you're not having a good day, though /o\ Hopefully they do get something up soon and you'll be giggling along with the rest of us :D

*rolls eyes*

Not on, Heroes. Not on. Well, the using Panic! bit is awesome, but using it during a week I don't watch. I am very disappointed. *tsk*

Here's hoping! *crosses fingers* NBC is usually pretty good about getting them up fairly quickly. :D

From my rejection submission to patd:
A clip of Nine in the Afternoon was played on tonight's episode of Heroes (Chapter Nine: Cautionary Tales) during a scene in which Clare attends cheerleading practice.

Hopefully someone gets the clip up on YouTube or NBC puts the full episode on their website soon *crosses fingers for you*

It IS a good show. A great show even. It's almost like a x-men comic in that there are people with genetic mutations which give them extra-human powers (like telekinesis, flight, regeneration, etc.). Except this is a nittier, grittier version where saving the world includes tough choices, stopping a murder, preventing plagues and all sorts of goodness.

It airs Monday nights at 9pm ;)

It's good exposure actually. Heroes is a really popular show and what a better way to get your music out there again then on a good show.

I have to wait till Thursday :[

And to think Heroes wasn't good enough already.

It would be good publicity if Nine in the Afternoon was already a single (or even if it was closer to the album's release date), but as it stands most people - even most of their fans - will have no idea that song is even by Panic! at the Disco. And they probably won't remember come February or March when the album is supposed to drop :S
