I ask because there are going to be some openings at my workplace, but will start around $8/hour or so.

I am currently working at Landry's. Yes, it's another restaurant.

However, being that they don't seem to schedule me as much as I'd like I plan on looking for a second job. My friend Drew's mom works at the Lovelace hospital on Gibson though, and has an opening for a tech position that starts at almost $12 an hour with no experience. So I may try and apply there.

But thanks for the info... Remind me again where it is you work?
