Eventually I came across someone who had an extra (at about 1100), but still never got clocked in. Why? Because the guy I was supposed to follow got there at 1130 and then got us ( Read more... )

Well, I know tha Harvey Keitel plays a character in it, but as far as who is the pianist, I'm not sure. Although, according to the credits the woman (whose name escapes me at the moment) does have a piano teacher for the film, so I imagine she might be the one playing many of the pieces. Of course, those might not always be her hands.

This morning wasn't too bad, just minorly annoying.

Also it has naked Keitel, and that's a good thing. There should be more naked men in the movies.

Yea, that was just a really bad Harvey's naked joke. Pianist = penis. Homonyms. I'm a dork, moving along home now.

The Piano is one of my favorite movies ever. I especially appreciate it's unflinching use of Harvey Keitel. I went to see it when it came out in theaters because pvck told me that I should, but he couldn't remember why. That is my favorite way to see a film -- with no expectations!
