Well- they decided not to close the daycare; they're just going to fire the boss. Lol. That was weird.

Sorry, I just had to laugh at that. I didn't know they wanted to close down the daycare, Mandy.. what happened?

Well the daycare is part of a church, so the church board is kind of over all of it even though they don't ever have much to do with us, if that makes any sense. They've been having money problems for awhile but the church said keep it open- we weren't even having enough to make payroll and it was having to fall back on the church. Mostly it's just because there haven't been as many kids lately, since the whole class of 4 year olds went to school this month. Rumor has had it for a few weeks now that it was going to close- people all over the county had heard it. Well yesterday these members from the church board came in and talked to us individually (which I didn't like; I hate things like that. I'm so non-confrontational) and the man was saying how they never once said they wanted to shut it down and so on, and how they hope we'll stay with them while they make new changes and as he put it 'They've made a change in management'. Of course everyone in the whole place already knew she'd been fired within like, two minutes. ('The whole
