There is the sound of canvas being stretched tight and snapping in the breeze, before the angel appears. His hair is ruffled, as are his vessel's clothes, which is nothing new. Nor is the vaguely confused look on Castiel's face as he observed Dean. And the tree. Then Dean again.
"...You've procured a tree. For Christmas." He stated, before looking around, "I ... thought I would have to resort to bribery to have the Yuletide celebrated here."
Well of course he knew about Christmas. He just figured Dean would be of Sam's mind, after everything was said and done. Apparently that wasn't as true as he thought. Honest relief, that. Castiel wasn't sure if he would be able to explain why he was making so many Christmas cookies.
"Depends what the bribes would've been, I think." He huffed out another breath and ran a hand through his hair, eyeing the tree and wondering where the best place would be to put it. He was almost considering calling a do-over on this whole thing and pretending he'd never convinced Sam to agree to it all.

"It took some work to get Sammy to agree to Christmas, but I figured that we're here, we're not gonna be movin' around, and we don't have an excuse not to celebrate. I mean, we just completely ignored Thanksgiving, I'm not skipping Christmas too." He put his hands on his hips, licking his lips as he considered the tree again. "I'm thinking this needs to go in the living room somewhere. Can you move it?"
He absently reached for the amulet around his neck, for what felt like the thousandth time that day. Since getting it back, it was a heavy, constant weight around his neck and he had to remind himself of the fact he and Sam were good now. They weren't in the mess they'd been in when he'd

"Baked items of food. I ... have procured a great deal of flour, after starting my new business." The angel tilted his head at the tree, and with no effort whatsoever, picked up the tree with one hand and started carrying it to the living room. He very gently leaned it against one corner -- where he remembered taking the picture with Ellen and Jo. Before they went after Lucifer.
He very gently began to untie the tree, taking care with it's branches. "I am glad to hear that we will be celebrating my half-brother's birthday. I believe Sam needs to ... get out. See the season. Perhaps it will help, strengthening the bonds of family." Give the young man a grip on reality that he needed. "Have you spoken to him about the other matter?"
"Wait, what? You've got a business?" Dean knew his expression was a mix of surprise, confusion, and almost a little bit of disappointment he hadn't been told sooner or hadn't been asked for help, but that part faded away fast. He didn't have the right to be involved in everything Castiel and Sam did, even if he felt like he wanted that right. It definitely wasn't his
