"It'll be fine," she murmured near Red's ear and followed in right after her, adjusting her purse strap over her shoulder and closing the door behind them, a lot more carefully than people tended to. After all, they hardly needed to start aggravating Rumpelstiltskin before they got around to talking about what they wanted from him.

Walking with Ruby up to the counter, she gave a light smile. "Good afternoon, Mr. Gold." She glanced to Red, wondering if she wanted to take charge of the situation first.

The sound of the bell made his head raise from the inventory book in front of him. Even though he and Belle had ah, begun fixing their differences, it would be a long road. He did not expect her to come in and help in the shop. She had her own life and her tasks at the library. Not to mention he had done well enough as a pawnshop owner for twenty-eight years without her.

The sight of one Red Riding Hood and Snow White made his mouth curl up in a smile. "I was beginning to wonder if the pair of you would ever show up." He commented and pointed straight at Ruby. "You're late, dearie."

Ruby's brow arched when he pointed at her. "I am. I'm sorry. Stuff happened and...I didn't get a chance to stop by. That's why I'm here, actually."

She had a feeling he knew that already. He just had that knack.

Snow remained quiet for the moment, and glanced around the shop, trying not to make note of anything in particular, because there was so much in here she could probably recognise and would want to take home.

"We'd like to get Ruby's hood back, as you're aware. What do you need in return?"
