Once before. And once was still too much.
Exactly how complex are we talking about? Are we dealing with mortals, or is this another divinity problem?

[And that earns a small snort, but also the start of a smirk, however strained it is.] Certainly fits the deity bill well enough, from the sound of it. Suppose there's only one way to find that out.
Still, I appreciate the information. How long have you been here, then? You certainly don't talk as if you're local.

I don't know anyone named Icarus. Besides that? The name is Mandalus and it's run by three people. The System. Mother, Preanius or whatever and Entity. They're a pretty dodge bunch.

I could have told you that much, boy, and I haven't even had the pleasure of actually meeting them.
[Snapping? Maybe. And as drained as he's feeling, he doesn't even care enough to try and suppress his irritation.] I wasn't asking for any one person named such, I'm asking about the city. Have there been any other new arrivals recently?

[ SORRY, SIR. ] There's some about every week or so since I showed up.

[ He's been a plenty of cities but: ] Icarus doesn't sound familiar.
But the city you're in now is called Mandalus. Ruled by three elusive entities.

Well, they certainly can't be that elusive if everybody seems to know of them.
[He has to suppress another irritated noise, because this is getting him nowhere. He can't be the only one that....] I'm beginning to get the feeling few here would know of it. I suppose I should feel special.

Icarus? What, like the story they don't ever teach in schools anymore? [The scowl's apparent in his tone.] And I don't know the answer to your first question, but if you get one anytime soon, it's nice to share.

Don't they anymore? A damn shame. Really, what does the education system have against the classics these days? [What's that? That doesn't answer the question? Sorry Alex, but if you don't know he's not going to bother with it. :(]
[Still, he gives a little smirk, wry as it is.] Indeed it is. Though it only helps if everybody else in this sodding pit would share anything useful.

Lovely way of dodging the question, really. Did your little city have a pair of wings in the souvenir stand? Would've been quite the touch. [Soured tone as he 'hmph's' a little, maybe.] And religious schools aren't so avid on teaching things not based on their beliefs, unfortunately.
Does that imply you've gotten nothing, or am I simply the first to reply?

[Tyki could not look more unimpressed if he tried.]
So demanding. Really, can't you do your own research?
