Alternate Universe Details: (Same AU line as Rabbit-- here's Spine's side of it)
In the same explosion that took Rabbit out of the battle, The Spine suffered damages forcing him from the field. Seeing an opportunity, he was informed upon repair t that his brothers were both killed in battle. He was dispatched for intel-gathering missions that conveniently kept him away from where his younger brother was stationed, only returning to the front lines once The Jon had been shipped home. The silver automaton was slowly swallowed by his own grief, unable to bring himself to return home to painful memories and a manor devoid of his brothers.
