So after I emailed dude this weekend to let him know I was a little apprehensive about the visa/timing issue, this is the email I got today:

Hi Amanda,

I must apolgise for the situation with the visa issuance letter. The camp organsiers and university have not sorted these out in a timely manner and now there is a big rush to get everything done

lame. LAME! and here i thought korea had more of their shit together than china. sorry hon. big sigh in general regarding visas and procuring reliable work abroad...there's just nothing for it but to get together and laugh about it and perhaps get drunk while doing so.

see, and that would make it all worth it :) haha. but yeah, I thought I'd chosen a more reliable country this time around...looks like Adam is the only smart one.
