So no check today. at all. I'm fucking pissed. I borrowed money from my former boss to get my license plates but the court house was closed. I wasted my whole lunch break on that shit. I'm upset. I'm frustrated.

but I'm thankful that I have at least a couple of really great friends to help me out.

My very first paycheck (from new job) was supposed to be at the Cingular building at 8am this morning. Due to snowy blizzardy windy conditions they "don't know" when the checks will be here. The kittens' names have been changed from Lucy and Ethel to Margot and Eleanor, in honor of Wes Anderson films The Royal Tenenbaums and The Life Aquatic. It's only fair since the other kitten's name was Rushmore.

New job tomorrow. Surprisingly not nervous.
