SUMMARY 08.23.11
Very long, so I put ** and bolded areas which I thought were the most important!
I went to today's SUMMARY and it was awesome! ♥ Hikaru wasn't there, so it was only 8 members. My seat was in the 4th row of the second floor. It's in the very middle so I got a perfect view of the stage, and Takaki (aka. my bias) was always in the middle so he got to see my uchiwa (and he waved at it two times ♥)
I went to JCB hall early, so me and my friend spent hours in McDonalds, then we lined up for goods at 1:00pm, and got to buy them quick (I only got Takaki's uchiwa and photoset, my usuals). Then there was still an hour until we were allowed to go inside the hall, so we spent it talking and drinking sodas in a place with aircon xD The hour passed, and before you know it, we get in the hall! The stage was covered with long, big curtain-like things, but it all removed when the show started.
OPENING
It all begins with Yamada narrating the history of SUMMARY. Right after they appear on stage, they started flying while singing to SUMMARY.
**THE VASEidk what to call this part
Daiki appears with a vase, and tells to the audience "This vase is dangerous, I want to let it go! But I just cant--", the all the members except Yamada and Chinen fight for it in teams. Daiki won't let it go, and passes it to Yamada and Chinen who appear. Keito tries to get it from Yamada, but Yamada gave it to the audience, and told her to decide on whether to give it to him or Keito. They both bowed, waiting for her answer xD She picked Yamada, but it gets taken by Takaki, then Yuto, who opens it and then a dragon appears. The dragon takes Yuto, and Yabu and Takaki use their swords to slay the dragon. Yuto is saved, and they move on the the next part.
Wataiko (Japanese drums)
It starts with the Jr. Mansion, all of them playing the shamisen. Then Yuto and Takaki appear. They drum together, then the rest of the members appear. THEY ALL WORE SLEEVELESS COSTUMES :O
Daiki then introduces some Jr's who will do SUMMARY for the first time. He introduced Matsushima Sou, Sato Shouri, and Kuramoto Kaoru. I'm a fan of them all, so I was glad they were introduced!
OVER
The audience went crazy, and everyone singed and danced together.
Bouken Rider
They explained here that in this year's SUMMARY, they will explore 4 worlds; "The water world", "The forest world", "The mirror world", and "The fire world".
Hitomi no Screen - YAMADA SOLO
The only solo for this whole concert goes to Yamada. It was a really slow version of Hitomi no Screen. He just sat in a chair over this magic carpet that flew him up until the first floor the whole time.
THE WATER WORLD
Paradise Ginga ~yoku asobi yoku manabe~Yumetamago
Chinen, Yabu, and Takaki appeared, and said things like "Konbanwakame~" and stuff xD They Yabu showed a video of the Johnny's baseball tournament, and introduced some more Jr's. One Jr. who beat Kamenashi in the baseball game, and a Jr. that is a son of a famous boxer. Then Yuto and Chinen have a juggling act while flying. They also sing NYC songs.
Midnight Train
JUMP Band performed this song, while other members sang. Keito was the one in the center, but for some reason he was introduced as "Okamoto Kenichi's son" :s I guess it was from the flow of the Jr introduction.
**THE FOREST WORLD
They arrive in the forest world. Yuto, Chinen, and Keito (I think) ride on a ship with a dog as the driver. And the dog talks! But it's Hikaru's voice! So when they ask if it's Hikaru, he says "No, I'm A.N.JELL's Hongo Yuuki!" ;A; It is obviously recorded, as he's not even there...
There's a small talk with Yuto, Chinen, Keito, Kikuchi Fuma, Nakajima Kento, Matsushima-kun, Satou-kun, and Kuramoto-kun. They made up their "forest" nicknames xD Kento did his original "Ken-ken-totto?" "Ken-totto!" thing, and Kuramoto-kun tried to copy it during his introduction, but only Fuma replied xD Then, the Jr's sing!
With you
Jr. song! I loved this song ever since it was performed in YanYan, and I was so happy they sang it!
**After that, Takaki appears! All the Jr's say "IT'S THE KING OF THE FOREST WORLD, THE ALMIGHTY TAKAGII-SAMA!", then the music stops and Takaki says "Just so you know, it's TAKAKI, not TAKAGI" and the audience laughs hard XDD This was a kyaa-worthy moment for Takaki fans like myself /ahem.
NEW SONG!!
Judging that it's in the "forest world" they're at, it's probably Nemuri no Mori! Takaki is the main vocal (!!!), and all the members sing. Their costumes had their member colors, and around 2 Jr's were dancing at each member's back, wearing the same color. The song is really great, it's a very upbeat song! I expected something like Futari gake, but I guess this one's better!
THE MIRROR WORLD
**Glass no Shounen ~Itoshii no Playgirl~
There was a big mirror, and Yabu and Nakajima Kento (it was supposed to be Hikaru, but he was abesent, so) were on different sides. Yabu as the main, they danced in perfect timing, and then everything goes quiet, and Yabu says "Stay with me" in such a cool way (KYAA WORTHY MOMENT) and they start singing Kinki's "Glass no Shounen"'s chorus. YABU WAS SO AWESOME, I SWEAR ♥
The members appear and sing Itoshii no Playgirl!
THE FIRE WORLD
Yuto's drum corner
He played the drums while flying with a Jr. from Hip Hop JUMP. Surprised by the Jr, but they did well!
NEW SONG!!
BEAT LINE!! The crowd went crazy again, and the dance was so perfect :O Their costumes were black and white. I liked everything about this song.
Biri biri dance
B.I Shadow time! They flew, and were so awesome! Especially NakaKen's "Biri biri shiyou ze!" phrase made the crowd wild once again. There were apparently many B.I Shadow fans!
**WanWan Circus ~Ai-ing
The dogs finally come! This time, they train them for going to space (Pairs: Aioka-Satsuki, Yamada-Kaede, Inoo-Megu, Takaki-Yuriko, Yuto-Cream, Chinen-Ieyasu, Keito-Nozomi, Yabu-Mii) Yamada's dog sit on his palm, Inoo's dog jump-roped 5 times, while Takaki's jumped two jump ropes! Yuto's dog walked around the stage using a soccer ball and someone commented "Even Nadeshiko Japan would be surprised!" xD. Chinen's dog, Ieyasu, holds a world record in some jump roping technique, and does it. Chinen also does it, but was even better xD Keito's dog also hold a world record, his dog walks around Keito's neck, but Keito does some moved with his hands and neck, and Daiki commented "Nozomi-chan is great, but Keito, YOU'RE movements are awesome!" xD Yabu uses a hula hoop and makes Mii jump, a very impressive act!
What I found funny was Yuto playing with Cream while other members were doing their hardest to perform xDD Takaki laughed along Yuto ♥
Then, they start training! Inoo and Takaki hold the ends of the jump rope, and Ieyasu does the double dutch trick! When Takaki calls Ieyasu, he comes TOO CLOSE to him and Takaki joked about it xD Inoo calls him, and he goes to his side. Other dogs also perform, but what really was amazing was Chinen and Yuto, who both tried the double dutch! They both cleared it perfectly!
They retrun the dogs while Aishiteru is being played. In the end, they all sing Aishiteru!

**MAGIC POWER!!!
Before this song, the SMURFS trailer is showed, and you can hear just a bit of Chinen voicing Brainy! After that, YamaChii give a little speech about Smurfs, and JUMP band performs Magic Power while the rest sing and dance! They tell the audience, "the dance steps are easy, so please copy" :)
Takaki and Keito were talking together the whole time before they sang xDD SO ADORABLE, MY BIAS AND SECOND-BIAS ;A;
Hello Broadway
AN ALL ENGLISH SONG :O They all were ~almost~ understandable :D It's really a broadway song. Very cute :3
Jr Corner
They sing Secret Agent Man (I've heard it in Shounen Club before), Fighting Man, Crazy Funky Down, and Wana(?). I only know the first two...They did try their best!
**INTERVIEW!!
Yabu in the stage as always. Yabu asked an American Jr. called Wesley(?) in the Jr. Mansion "How are you?!" and Wesley was all American-like, saying YEAHHH 8DD lol.
Yamada interviewed a person in the 3rd floor, HE WAS RIGHT ABOVE ME BUT I COULDN'T SEE ;A; He asked how did she get here, and she said "I rode on Yamada's back" xD Then he said "Would you like to gyugyutto with me?" and she said yes, and Yamada said "I'M THE ONE TROUBLED RIGHT NOW!" xD Yabu asked Yamada "Can you gygyutto ME?" and Yamada was "I PROMISE! JUST YOU WAIT!" Chinen interviewed a person in the 3rd floor as well.
Yuto INTERVIEWED A PERSON IN MY FLOOR but I didn't get to see him too close D: HE WAS HOLDING THREE UCHIWAS OF THE INTERVIEWED FAN and when he saw her "Do the Peace sign!" uchiwa, he said "How selfish..." and the crowd was laughing so hard xD
Daiki interviewed a child, and she said she went to see Daiki! Yabu commented "Her mother is laughing so hard!" xD

I don't know this song :/ I think it's "Be Alive"? It's a cool-type of song.
They were separated into 7 and BEST.
**TIGHTROPE WALKING
This is based on a historical fight. Daiki and Yamada are the ones challenging this. YAMADA FALLS, AND DAIKI WAS ALL "WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!" AND YAMADA WAS ALL "I'LL BE BACK! JUST YOU WAIT, I'LL BE BACK!" XDD The audience went crazy, seriously xD This really made me feel I was lucky to have seen it up close ;A; Yamada wins!
**Sky Swing
MR. BIAS TAKAKI AND CHINEN THIS TIME! ♥
They were looking at the Spanish(?) people doing it, and Takaki "challenges" Chinen to battle with him. Chinen says "I'VE BEEN DOING IT A YEAR BEFORE YOU, YOU WON'T WIN!" but Takaki insists xDD
It was more of a fun mood than Yamada and Daiki's performance :D Chinen starts first, and clears it perfectly! Then Takaki was about to do it, but he said "I'll cover my eyes while doing it!" and the crowd went all "Ehhh~" and Chinen says "What a reaction :O" LOL. Then everything becomes quiet, and everyone screams "GANBARE, YUYA~" and some girls says together "FIGHT-O, OH!" and Takaki and the crowd laughs xDD HE FALLS :O Then Chinen shows a new trick, and it becomes all quiet, and some girl shouts "CHINEN-KUN, YOU CAN DO IT!" and someone else shouts quickly "CHINEN!" and the crowd laughs again. HE SUCCEEDS! I can never forget this, Chinen and Yuya are awesome ;w;
Arigatou ~Sekai no doko ni itemo~
They liven up the stage with Arigatou! The crowd dances along with them :D
Junior Introduction
The time where Jr's say their names in a hurry. When an American Jr called Wesley said his name, the crowd went wild with laughter xD
Thank You ~Bokutachi kara Kimi e~
Before this, Yamada and Yabu were talking about world disasters, like war and the earthquake in Japan. This song really felt emotional after that speech.
JUMP Medley
The medley in Thank You. The crowd danced along as well!
ENCORE
Bouken Rider/Yuuki 100%
The only two songs performed in the encore. We have the usual half-naked Jr's. They gave out sign balls. In Yuuki 100% they all gather in the center, and leave after.
I had a really great time! Seeing only 8 members was sad, but I was so happy Takaki had lots of roles in this time's SUMMARY. The jokes they made were also VERY funny, and had the audience laughing so hard! There were a lot of flying scenes, like what the members told in magazine articles xD The Jr's also did their best, especially Wesley xDD In my opinion, it was generous of them to put almost all Magic Power songs in SUMMARY. This would probably be the last time I'm going this year, but next year, I'm going to enjoy it more! :D
