I was just thinking today as I was walking, how I could eat better. Truly, "American" food is not healthy at all, and it is hard with all the obsession and bad information in the US to know what is actually good for you!

But of course, with your lifestyle, I trust your judgment... so thanks for the advice!

I hope we can talk again soon! And for your food entry I will use my cake icon... maybe not so healthy, hahaha.
