If the water system was privatized, which of the two water schemes would be embraced, the old one or the proposed one?
Considering we are running short on water, seems a horrible waste of good water to flush every time you pee, or, say, languish in the shower, instead of getting clean and getting out (I am as guilty as anyone but if I knew I was paying extra for that water, I'd use less)

The very Idea of a 'Sewer Tax' is just Ridiculous
Alas....they seem to be ONLY Interested in a Solution other than the one that they DREASTICALLY Need to Implement - ie. - DeSalinisation Plants on a NATIONAL Scale, which they're not about to do on even a State Scale at the moment, because it would Annoy the people living in those Areas, and thus are only looking at ways to Avoid all that Hassle
Which, Ironically, will just end up Annoying EVERYBODY, not just a 'Select Few', as I doubt very much that anyone would like the Idea of a 'Sewer Tax' on top of all the other stuff we have to Pay for out here
