That's the problem with Centrelink, you're solely at the mercy of system where if an error occurs the results are disasterous for the person involved and are difficult to fix.

Some 25 years ago (or even 18 years ago) I would definately have agreed with you on that one, but, since the old CES effectively became Privatised back in 1995 when that closed down, and various 'Job Search Agencies' sprung up, Centrelink itself have been relatively okay in that regard ( ... )
