It's bad enough that I'm on animal reclaiming no amount of protective gear in the world guards from cat claws. I'm not mad at the cats. They can't help being terrified. I'm mad at their so-called owners.

Who would leave their dog chained out in the rain? I mean, they're not going to melt out there, but that's horrible!

I'm glad we always bring our puppy inside when it starts to rain.

I'm guessing that whoever thought of the idea of animal shelters was told to accept it, because it's just life that animals end up in your ramen.
