Since time immemorial i.e. when Andaman Islands were in its nascent state; while the aboriginal tribes were figuring out what to wear for the upcoming carnival: Skimpy bamboo leaves or longish Palm leaves, I wanted to visit Andaman!!!

It sure sounds like a fun trip!
But, uh, were you really that close to the snakes as the pictures look?
I likes a herp myself, but I wouldn't go fooling with any up close, in the wild!

No, we didn't go close to any venomous snakes.. :) And we had a skilled team around us with a cane in the hand to handle us just in case.. :P

Oh, lovely trip! Heat and humidity are not for me so I guess I may never say "yes" to an Andaman visit....hence your post is of immense value to me, especially the jokes!
