Ok guys, admit it.
We love it when our friends tell us cute stories about their new babies. A lot of us love that we can look forward to all this but "not yet".
It's nice to see out friends happy.
But don't you just wish they'd shut up about it all on facebook?

It's not there fault, it's all new and shiny
for them. theyll get over it soon enough, then
you can feed the toddlers sugar and annoy the
hell out of mom and dad in revenge!!

It's just a baby, it's not that special. Of course, to the baby's mother it's the smartest/cutest/prettiest/funniest/loveliest baby in the world, but to the rest of us it's just a baby! Why not wait til it grows up and actually achieves something significant and *then* tell us about it.
If I ever get like that, put the baby up for adoption so it can have a sane mother :D

The worst is when the parents create a blog for their baby, and then write in it... pretending to be the baby O_o
"I woke up at 8 o'clock this morning. I was feeling a bit grizzly, but Mummy fed me and then I felt OK. Mummy was looking a bit tired - it must be because I kept her up all night crying! After breakfast I played with my toys - my favourite is a pink teddy bear which Daddy bought me when we went shopping together last week. I really love playing, although sometimes I get a bit tired...."
