I enjoy reading about what others dream, mine are always so fragmented, and seem to mean nothing to me.

I usually can't remember enough to put anything in words. I did better when I kept a dream journal and set an intention to remember them, but now it's just chance.

I think so! I like the idea that everything in your dream is a part of you, so I sort of see this as reclaiming a part of my self, in a way.
