I loved every minute of the fistacuffs in Thomas' cabin. Jack being oh, so nasty but you've his voice down perfectly! This: What a magnanimous and charitable gesture of yours, Thomas. Taken to adopting whores now, have you?” and this: “Seems more like a favor I’ve done you, if you ask me.” are especially good.

And this: There was always that minute warning, just before Thomas threw a punch. There was none this time. Thomas’ fist crashed into Jack’s jaw, sending his sprawling is a wonderful bit of added color to Thomas' character. I love that you include it because Jack would know this about him and be taken off guard when it was missing, it also shows us exactly how pissed off Thomas is at this moment -- very nicely done!

See, I told you Giselle was more Jack's type! LOL! He can be so sweet, can't he? Poor Giselle. And ruh roh, somebody's about to get pummeled by two very handsome heros. *cheers*

I actually was rooting for Thomas in that scene! I do think that Jack had it coming, though perhaps that punch had a few other incidents stored up in it as well.

I really have enjoyed this series, and will be getting back to it once my marathon writing project is over. Keep a weather eye out for future installments!
