I'm not a terribly good joke teller.. but, we went to see the movie The Aristocrats last night. It was a good 1.5 hours of very raunchy humor. Very cathartic. It might cheer you up a bit...

Thanks for the hug and the idea. A funny movie is a good mood adjuster. I'll have to watch a dvd at home, but I have quite a few to choose from.

seriously, I know she wanted you to be the one who takes care of her, but Mary and Roger live there too. You should make one of them watch her for one night every once in a while so that you can go out to a movie with the other one or out drinking or something....

Easier said than done... one thing I've learned in life is, you can't MAKE anyone do anything. However, I may have him convinced to watch her for a couple of days in October. I'll be going to the “old homestead land”. Anyway, it seems to be the feeling that this job was my decision, so he does not have the responsibility, although he will occasionally step in for very short periods of time (ie, an hour or 2). I think I'm pretty much on my own with this one.

Thanks so much for the hug! The photos are wonderful. I've been watching them as a slide show and I'm loving it. The architecture is magnificent and I absolutely love the floral pics. You are quite a photographer. This was a real treat. I feel like I'm walking through the countryside and I haven't left my computer :-) Yep this is a real pick me up.
