I went with Lukas and my friend, Roberta today to the Native Homebuying Fair.  You go around to vendors, have them stamp your paper, then attend homeownership/renters rights/financial classes which qualify you for some raffles.

Roberta and I drunkenly declared last night that she was going to win the big gas grill, and I would win the down-payment
