I am thinking about making a precise pesach menu so that way I'm not overbuying for things I won't even be using for pesach. This will include during the week.
We don't eat kitniyos, quinoa, or egg matzos. We also keep a stricter version of kitniyos that is kept in E'Y. We do eat gebrokts. We keep 1 day y't.

One thing I hate is over-buying things because of cluelessness.
So the only thing I need to focus on is meat and perishables.
