Olive oil soap works very well to get that sort of weird skin condition look off. I found this out during the Sharpie Incident.

I tried straight-up olive oil, and that worked better than anything else. I should obtain some olive oil soap for future messes!

My mom has pictures of my youngest brother (when he was 2) after he'd gotten into her makeup bag. Eyeshadow, eyeliner, blush, mascara (with which he attempted to curl his hair.) Oh yes...it was a wonderful picture to share with his new bride.
