Today I did something I hadn't done in months: bought a loaf of bread. Yeah, well I've really been enjoying making my own, but when it's 95 degrees outside, turning on the oven doesn't seem all that attractive. alas.

I am experiencing conflicted feelings about my financial situation. ( behind this cut I shall expand on that at length. )

1. I'm sorry that finances are currently getting you down. Just try to remember that all the woes you're currently experiencing are one-time costs, whereas not having to pay for child care for Isaac and not having to make student loan payments are permanent changes.

2. If it is a leak, the longer you put off finding out about it the more it's going to cost you. Find out about it NOW, because if it is a leak, every day you put off addressing it is costing you several dollars in added water bills and god knows how much in structural/mold damage in the long term.
