So it has been more than two months since we moved into our new condo, and finally as of last night I managed to get set up to pay the condo fee.

( I tried to keep the tedious details short, but, well, you know me. )

Man, bureaucracy is the worst. Great that you got it sorted in the end.

I like the 'spend, save, share' idea.

My sister used this system. I thought it would work out, well the way it worked out for you. But she was very conscientious about it. However, they never seemed to have any money! They'd say "I can buy that!" and it would be "Um, no, you only have 15 cents left." So you know what to expect.
