After carefully examining the information presented, taking into account the obvious transcription error of "899," and re-viewing A Beautiful Mind three times, I have concluded this:

The man is a Russian spy, most likely very short, of Polish origins, probably left handed, and is seeking information about the secret plans for the Holy Hand Grenade! I would be very carefull if you meet this man again. BTW, he most likely has severe body odor too.

You actually looked at those numbers?? I just wanted to type some numbers and show...boringness. But true, there weren't 3 digit numbers! It's not easy typing random numbers either. :)

Hm, that 899 is highly suspicious...it can't be just random...that was a sign.
