Try soaking your feet in a warm footbath with Epsom salts; then treating the sores with hydrogen peroxide. It doesn't hurt and will help clean out any infections. Then Neosporin/bandaids as you prefer. That should help them heal much quicker. I certainly sympathize; my second, part-time job is in a deli where people bitch you out if you slice the meat too thick, too thin, too much, not enough, why do I have to wait in line, etc etc...
