It is, and it's hard, but the kids make it worth it.

Oh, what a difficult job. Spite reports, all-too-real reports, and in the middle are beaten and neglected children and the parents who don't care enough to do the right thing.

I'm glad someone has the fortitude for that job. We need it all too much.
