I'm afraid this is quite urgent and I am not at liberty to leave behind anyone who is capable of going. Even if means, ahem, certain escorts be assigned to bring people in. Your very lives are in danger! I'm afraid that's no exaggeration, either. Those devils... the 'Third Party' as you call them, have invaded one of our research facilities. But not just any facility! This one is right outside this very enclosure, located in an underwater base. Not only are the lives of the people there at risk, but if the Shifting machinery there is left unchecked for three more days, the resultant damage would not only weaken the shield around your enclosure, but you would all be buried under the very ocean!
... ahem, but please! Do not panic! I am certain you fine fellows are quite capable of handling it. Nevertheless, I do believe a quick lesson in how to disable Shifting Machinery is in order. Please pay close attention!

Included is enough on how to open a panel beneath the command consoles, which two wires to cut, and the code sequence AZ8170W8E0 to gain access to the controls. What follows are computer controls to access shut down mode, the difficulty itself is comparable to shutting down a normal computer.]
Yes... hopefully that should do the trick. Remember, the colors are red and then green! Or was it the other way around? Nevertheless, it is imperative that by midnight of the 14th, that these machines are shut down! If worst comes to worst, they can be safely destroyed, but only as a last resort! This Machinery is extremely important and their destruction would set back all we've worked for decades!
I have included a map of the facility below. Please study it! The locations of the Shifting machinery has been clearly marked. Please be aware that there are many scientists and their family who are unaccounted for, even as we are in the process of evacuation. If you find anyone, anyone at all, please escort them to Sector One! If they are found by the Third Party, they will not only be killed, but they shall be prevented from ever reviving. Our security forces have remained scattered throughout the facility and you may find them as well as our droids engaging the enemy. Do not fret, for they are on your side! They will not attack you.
I believe that is everything... our initial intelligence reports that there are two hundred of the brutes already in the city, but I'm certain that number will rise once you have all arrived. Do be careful!
I'm afraid I must limit my communication to current circumstances only. Any other questions and requests will have to wait. Provided you all succeed, I shall be certain to pass on my appreciation once you have all been safely returned home!
