Well, it's been kind of an amalgamation of different plans I've heard of.
I did a 5-day organic diet of only fruits, veggies organic legumes (beans, nuts, etc...with no salt added), 100% fruit juices and water. Then a three day juice/water fast (due to concerns about high acidic content, no citrus juices).
It's been feeling pretty good. I've gotten past the hungry phase, but am really excited that tomorrow is the last day of the plan. I want fish!
