Heat mixed with try to get a sleep pattern for night is not a good thing people. I'm thinking of stealing next door paddling pool, not for my own gain, just to make the children shut the fuck up. Very busy at the moment, lots going on. May start the journal again properly at some time, been saying that for about a year now but, hey, might happen
