What if the Lopez family and the Puckerman family were friends from way back? I could see Santana's dad trying to be there for Puck when his own dad kept bailing on him. This isn't quite what I had planned on writing, I don't think, but I do kind of like it. Our story opens the summer after Puck and Santana have finished kindergarten.

OMG I absolutely love this bromance!! Please tell me this is just part 1 of a multi part series. Gosh damn this story is so awesome and a little angst, but its so wonderfully written that it just make me love it even more.
