And if you're going for homeopathy, look into stuff like chiropractry, acupuncture and treatments like magnesium and malic acid, for fatigue. Under a physican's supervision. All have shown to be effective for fibro suffers, are less invasive than medication and are more tried and true (as long as they are administered by certified professionals.)
All in all, get educated and find a good doctor who listens to you before you do anything. That is your best strategy. Remember, you have to be your own advocate, and fight for yourself.

there actualy is a doctor who specializes in fibromyalgia,
but she has sooo many, she isnt taking any new ones,
and if i want to find a speciliest,
its gonna be a 50-100 mile drive (i live way out)
and get a referal, which my doctor wont do.
and my doc, is hte only one my insurence will cover me for within a 30 mile distance.
and it took me almost 6 months to talk her into trying to help me with fibro, and that no it wasnt in my head.
sorry i'm rambling,
i'm tired and forgot what i was saying... *fibrofoggy*

i research the brands and always check where my suppliers are getting theirs from.
yah, i mix up homeopathy and herbal medicines,
besides my fibro-nonsense-mind-less-ness i'm super dyslexic, which makes rembering what the hell i'm talking about harder,...
but yah, herbal stuff, as i'm soooo sick of the meds, which arent really doing much of anything, and my doc wont prescribe me anyhting else, without consulting a psy-ci-atrist, which i wont do.
